Job Description

You will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow company policies with regard to security and data confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow company policies
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
