Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock shelves
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
- Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
- Aptitude for safe equipment operation and general cleaning duties
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
