Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, stocking products, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with the ALDI team and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory levels, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and complete other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
