Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall efficiency of store operations.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- Participate in inventory management and ensure accuracy
- Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
- Perform general cleaning duties and follow safety protocols
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register
- Capable of using store equipment and following policies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is an advantage
