Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, maintain displays, and assist with cashiering duties.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by helping shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Work alongside team members to communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory counts and monitor accuracy to support store operations.
• Adhere to company policies, including cash handling procedures and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Experience in retail and familiarity with general cleaning procedures is desirable.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
