As a Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, clean, and stocked with quality products. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to deliver a seamless shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers, communicate effectively, and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory counts, uphold cash policies, and adhere to company procedures
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Customer service skills, cash register proficiency, and equipment operation abilities
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience beneficial
