Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the store environment. Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and general cleaning.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management, including counting and monitoring stock levels.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
