Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and handle customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and neat displays within the store.
• Assist customers in their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback to management on products, inventory, and other store-related issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Knowledge of and ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
