Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Position Details

Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Comply with all company policies while maintaining document and data security.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
