Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience. Your role will involve collaborating with team members, providing top-notch customer service, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and manage product displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy of stock.
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses and maintain security.
• Comply with company policies, uphold document security, and confidentiality.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stock merchandise and handle items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Requirements include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and walking.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Skilled in using store equipment and cleaning procedures.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
