Job Description

Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and support a cohesive team environment
• Communicate effectively with management on product feedback and store operations
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures
• Follow company policies and ensure confidentiality and security of information

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Capable of working independently or as part of a team
• Adherence to organizational standards and local regulations

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous retail experience (preferred)
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
