Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking to hire a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store maintains a high standard of organization and customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures and uphold security measures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of interpreting and applying company policies
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently
• Fulfill any state requirements for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
