Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks, including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your role will enhance the overall shopping experience for customers by providing exceptional service and collaborating effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store premises, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers in their shopping experience, providing excellent customer service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security measures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking and lifting up to 45 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness as per company standards.
• Follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
