Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our store maintains a welcoming atmosphere and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Offer feedback on products and inventory issues
• Contribute to store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Follow cash policies, company procedures, and maintain document security
• Perform general cleaning duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Adherence to company policies, procedures, and cleanliness standards
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
