Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide superior customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
• Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Knowledge of and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
