Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers and collaborate with team members and store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficient in operating store equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
