Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's merchandise is stocked, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, perform cashiering duties, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and provide feedback on product issues.
• Follow cash handling policies, uphold company procedures, and maintain document confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently and safely.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High school diploma preferred, prior retail experience is a plus.
