Job Description

Join ALDI as a full-time Store Associate, responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. Collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold company standards.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous service, operate a cash register, and handle equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience beneficial.
