Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Assist customers during their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly, process customer purchases, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and safely.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
