Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your primary responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store environment to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. In this role, you will collaborate with our team members and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and offer exceptional service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any concerns to management

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment responsibly
• Follow company policies and procedures, excellent communication skills
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
