Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's operations and creating a welcoming shopping environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness to uphold our high standards.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate effectively with management.
• Ensure accuracy in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company procedures and maintain data confidentiality.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise and general cleaning.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
