Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring data confidentiality
• Perform additional assigned duties

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills
• Ability to operate equipment and maintain store cleanliness
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• High School Diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
