Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers, handle transactions, restock shelves, and maintain a clean store environment
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory and provide feedback on products and operational issues
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
