Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the overall customer shopping experience through exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory management, and operational matters.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and safeguard company assets.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Capable of delivering prompt and courteous customer service.
• Adept at operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Skilled in general cleaning tasks and following company guidelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
