Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to prevent losses.
• Comply with company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Customer service skills and cash register proficiency.
• Operate equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
