Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. From merchandising and stocking products to cashiering and maintaining a clean store environment, you will be an essential part of our daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
- Help customers with their shopping needs, process purchases, and maintain a neat store appearance.
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Capable of following company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
