Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently and neatly.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
