Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of in-store tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store by stocking shelves and displaying merchandise neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and provide feedback on products and inventory issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of operating various equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
