Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Collaborate with the ALDI team and deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring document security

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Efficient cash register operation and customer service
• Safe equipment operation and general cleaning skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
