Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming and organized environment for our customers. From merchandising and stocking products to providing exceptional customer service, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly arrange stock and displays.
- Assist customers with shopping, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
- Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and follow cash policies and procedures.
- Adhere to company policies, ensure document security, and handle all duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of multitasking, staying organized, and working both independently and in a team environment.
- Compliance with state and local regulations related to alcohol sales.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
