Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, perform general cleaning duties, and maintain neatly stocked shelves.
• Assist customers to enhance their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
• Comply with company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Work well independently and within a team environment.
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and follow instructions efficiently.
