Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, customers receive exceptional service, and the store maintains a clean and welcoming environment. You will collaborate with team members, follow company policies, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays in an orderly manner.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management tasks and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality.
• Engage in general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.
• Complete any other assigned tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Capable of working both independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
