Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and ensure a clean store environment.
- Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Contribute to inventory management and accuracy.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
