Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is well-organized, customers are assisted promptly, and the shopping experience is top-notch. Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products on shelves with care and efficiency.
• Operate a cash register accurately and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
