Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to cash handling policies, ensure inventory accuracy, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and able to provide courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Safely use store equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work well both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience as a plus.
