Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers receive exceptional service, and inventory is maintained accurately. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers with shopping.
• Collaborate with team members and report product issues to management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and comply with cash policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to perform cleaning duties, follow company policies, and communicate effectively.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
