Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will contribute to creating a great shopping experience for our customers through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. This role involves collaborating with team members, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store's overall appearance.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers throughout their visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Monitor and report inventory discrepancies and product issues.
- Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Capable of operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and in a team setting.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
