Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies, ensure security, and uphold company procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
