Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers and maintaining a neat and organized store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
