Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining the store's appearance and organization. As part of a collaborative team, you'll engage with customers, process purchases, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer transactions, stock shelves, and ensure merchandise displays are orderly.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members.
• Assist with inventory management, follow cash handling procedures, and uphold company policies.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Customer service and retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Adherence to company policies and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
