Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and other store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash handling procedures
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Perform other assigned duties

Physical Demands

• Stock merchandise, lift up to 45 pounds, and move around the store
• Required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and carry

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently
• Follow cleaning and safety procedures
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Meet state and local requirements for selling alcohol

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
