As a Store Associate at Aldi, you will be responsible for merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an outstanding shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register and store equipment
• Interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Prior retail experience preferred

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Work experience in a retail environment
