Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Your dedication to enhancing the customer shopping experience and collaborating with the ALDI team is crucial for the store's success.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Keep inventory accurate and provide feedback on products and any issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and serve customers courteously.
• Capable of operating store equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
