Job Description

Join Aldi as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) and play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, stocking products, and maintaining the store's overall appearance. Collaboration with team members and providing exceptional customer service are essential aspects of this role.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers, handle purchases, and maintain cleanliness
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure cash policy compliance
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18
• Customer service and cash handling skills
• Operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Follow company policies and communicate effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team
