Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join ALDI, where you will play a key role in ensuring the store operates smoothly. Your responsibilities include cashiering, merchandising, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Perform cashiering duties and follow cash procedures accurately.
• Contribute to inventory management and conduct regular inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate basic equipment and fulfill physical demands of the role.
