Job Description
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members, and provide feedback to management.
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
- Capable of operating equipment and following company policies.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages as per state and local regulations.
