Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies and procedures

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Customer service and cash handling experience
• Operational knowledge of retail equipment
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate well, and work in a team
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience a plus
