Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to uphold high standards of customer service and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain document security.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking, lifting up to 45 pounds, and walking throughout the store.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
