Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the Aldi team.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, cashier, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and work alongside team members effectively.
• Communicate clearly with store management and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
• Follow company policies, monitor inventory, and ensure accurate store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and maintain store standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently or within a team.
• High school diploma preferred, along with retail experience.
