Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the position.
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store premises, and organize merchandise displays efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers in their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash policies and procedures to minimize losses and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is advantageous.
• Combination of education and experience is considered.
